The EEA Joint Committee aims to amend Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement in order to allow the EEA EFTA States to continue to participate in the Union's Preparatory Action on Defence Research (budget line 02 04 77 03) in the financial year 2019. As Liechtenstein and Iceland did not express an interest in participating in this Preparatory Action, the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee therefore concerns only Norway.
