Council Decision of 8 July 2019 establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the Union regarding a proposed amendment to Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement on cooperation in specific fields outside the four freedoms.
The EEA Joint Committee aims to allow the EEA EFTA States (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) to participate in the Union actions concerning the free movement of workers, coordination of social security systems and measures for migrants, including migrants from third countries, related to the budget line 04 03 01 03, and entered into the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2019.
