Denmark – Long term Unemployment in Denmark

This report is the response to an ad hoc request from the European Commission to provide an overview of recent developments concerning long-term unemployment in Denmark including the distribution among different groups in society (age groups, qualifications, ethnic background, men/women). The report furthermore addresses recent initiatives to combat the rising long-term unemployment and assesses the stability and durability of current rules governing the active labour market measures in Denmark.
