Deutsche Telekom told to cater for rivals

The European Commission has said Deutsche Telekom should open up a €3bn high-speed internet network to its competitors. The Competition Commissioner backed plans by Germany's own telecoms regulator to address what it sees as Deutsche Telekom's market dominance.
