Developments in the Eurozone and their implications for communication between the Scottish and UK Governments

The report, published by the European and External Relations Committee of the Scottish Parliament on 30 May 2012, highlights shortcomings in the channels and nature of the dialogue between the UK and Scottish Governments before and after the December 2011 European Council meeting, when the UK Government declined to support an EU-wide Treaty to address the crisis in the Eurozone.
