Abstract:
'Can they do that?' - this is the anxious question that each new Member State which takes over the EU Presidency for the first time could not avoid. As a conclusion to the Polish Presidency now we can say with confidence: they can and they want it. The new Poland is economically strong, politically stable and pro-European.
