DutchNews.nl, and other news sources, reported in March 2015 that Dutch that MPs wanted an independent inquiry to get to the bottom of a justice department payment to a drugs baron which led to the resignation of two ministers on the 9 March 2015. The ministers resigned after it emerged they had wrongly informed parliament about the return of 4.7m guilders to convicted drugs dealer Cees H in 2001.
