Easy Reading Corner, March 2005

An alternative route to the EU Bookshop for accessing the simplest publications on the EU is through the new Easy Reading Corner on Europa at http://europa.eu.int/comm/publications/index_en.htm. As well as the basic guides such as Europe in 12 lessons, Key facts and figures, Travelling in Europe and the Europe on the Move series, there are also posters, maps and publications for young people. The publications can be downloaded from the site but information is also given about how to obtain print copies. Publications on specific subjects can be identified through the topics list and older material is still listed in the Archives section, though information in these publications may now be out of date.
