EC ‘confident’ in human brain project

The European Commission responded on the 18 July 2014 to criticism of its billion-euro Human Brain Project (HBP) , declaring confidence that objections would be satisfied.

On the 7 July 2014, several members of the European neuroscience community had expressed their concern with the course of the HBP, in an open letter sent to the European Commission.
