Report of the opening hearing in the European Court of Justice of Case C-62/14 Gauweiler and Others on the 14 October 2014, in which Peter Gauweiler, a German MP, and other German nationals challenged the European Central Bank's bond buying programme of 2012 (Outright Monetary Transactions).

The plaintiffs had filed their case to the German Constitutional court in Karlsruhe, which in February 2014 referred the case to the European Court of Justice.
