EEA boss sets focus on communication

Following an independent survey on whether the European Environment Agency's reports actually have the desired impact on policy-makers in Brussels and in all member countries, two communications experts were recruited to the European Environment Agency in March 2005 to make sure that its messages get through to policy-makers and the public.
