El MECD presenta borrador de modificación de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual [The MECD presents a draft proposal to modify the Intellectual Property Law]

The Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (MECD) presented a draft proposal, on 6 November 2002, to modify the Intellectual Property Law. The new text will incorporate Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society into Spanish legislation.
