Abstract: On 27 April 2005, Peter Harry Carstensen (CDU) was finally elected Ministerpräsident (PM) of Schleswig-Holstein, more than two months after the elections held on February 20. Two months of coalition games, and four attempts to elect a PM – all of them frustrated by the ‘high treason’ of an unknown Member of Parliament – intervened. |
