Employees could be allowed to work into their 90s / Staff may have right to work into their 90s

In order to comply with a European Union Directive on anti-discrimination, the UK Department of Trade and Industry published a paper, 'Towards equality and diversity', in December 2001 proposing, amongst other things, that employers be prevented from setting compulsory retirement ages.
