Energy balance sheets – data 2000-2001. 2003 edition

The current publication, which is exclusively devoted to the global energy balance sheets, presents, for the years 2000 and 2001, the balance sheets expressed in specific units and in tonnes of oil equivalent, for each of the Member States and for the European Union as a whole. The balance sheets have been constructed according to the methodology for "Supplied Energy Balances", where all the operations are harmonized on the basis of the energy content of each source and form of energy, without any hypothetical substitutions, nor any calculation of equivalence.
