EU anti-fraud feud flares up

Politico published in July 2015 a report on the deteriorating relationship between the head of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), Giovanni Kessler, and OLAF's supervisory committee at the European Parliament.

During a hearing on 13 July 2015 which had OLAF's annual report as the main focus, members of the European Parliament demanded to know Mr Kessler had allowed his relationship with his own supervisory committee to get out of hand.
