The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) and the European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs (ESPAD) pledged to scale up their cooperation in a joint statement adopted at the 2011 ESPAD project on 28 November 2011.
