EU launches Croatia discussions

The UN's chief war crimes prosecutor has told EU Foreign Ministers, Luxembourg, 3 October 2005, that Croatia is now fully co-operating with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. As a result the EU agreed to the opening of membership talks with Croatia,
