The tenth meeting of the EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Council was held on 27 June 2019.

Further information:

The European Union (EU) and Montenegro reviewed the state of the bilateral relations. The SA Council took stock of Montenegro's progress in the preparations for membership in light of the European Commission's annual progress report. Two negotiating chapters were opened since the previous SA Council.

The SA Council also discussed bilateral relations under the Stabilisation and Association Agreement and exchanged views on developments in Montenegro and the wider region.
