EU ‘needs to report carbon emissions quarterly’

Report from the Carbon Expo, Cologne, 10-12 May 2006. At the conference delegates were told that companies in the European Union's Emission Trading Scheme must report carbon emissions quarterly if the scheme is to work properly.
