EU organised crime threat assessment (OCTA 2011)

This bi-annual report, which assesses current and expected trends in organised crime affecting the European Union, covers the following topics: drugs; facilitated illegal immigration; trafficking in human beings; fraud; cigarette smuggling; counterfeiting; weapons trafficking; organised property crime; environmental crime; horizontal issues, such as money lanudering, the Internet as a facilitator of organised crimedescribes and the social impact of organised crime. An Annex outlines the main criminal hubs.
