EU parliament begins debate on radical reform of competition rules enforcement

On 18.1.00, the European parliament will open a debate on proposed reforms of the EU's competition policy which would radically reshape the way that Europe administers and enforces its competition rules by handing down much of the routine enforcement of rules to national authorities and courts.
