EU publishes guide to ejecting rejected asylum seekers

The European Union published on 9 September 2015 the draft version of a Return Handbook, showing the procedure on how to best return unsuccessful asylum seekers back to their home countries.

The document, which still needed to be officially adopted, recommends authorities to convince rejected applicants to agree to be sent home after being issued a return decision.
