Euro coins. From design to circulation

Two years after the start of the production, the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Commission publishes the first general study on the euro coins. The document uncovers the negotiations having led to the choice of the denominations and current technical specifications, highlights all the rules applicable to the euro coins and the principles for the determination of the quantities to be produced.
