EurActiv reports on a survey from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Global Distressed Property Monitor), which shows that the property market in countries such as Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain is riddled with both a high number of foreclosures (repossessions) and brand new homes which can't attract buyers.
