Eurogroup meeting, 11 March 2019

Summary:

A meeting of the Eurogroup was held on 11 March 2019. Once again it met in its regular format as well as in its inclusive format. The agenda includes the following items:

• Briefing on the main findings of the second enhanced surveillance mission to Greece;
• Discussion on the housing markets in the Eurozone, on the basis of a technical note from the European Commission and an oral presentation by Lars E.O. Svensson;
• Discussion on the updated draft budgetary plan of Latvia for 2019;
• Discussion on the deepening of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU), focusing on the expenditure related aspects of the proposed budgetary instrument.
