Eurojust tactical meeting on ‘Travelling child sex offenders’, 14-15 September 2011. Final report

The goals of the meeting, held by Eurojust in September 2011, were to identify the most common challenges faced in judicial cooperation in the fight against travelling child sex offenders, and to suggest possible solutions. A wide range of judicial cooperation issues (regarding the exchange of information, coordination of investigations and prosecutions, resolution of conflicts of jurisdiction, relations with third States and relations with NGOs, etc.) were considered.
