Europe between China and America

This is a transcript of a speech made by Rt Hon David Miliband MP, UK Foreign Secretary (2007-10), at the 4th Polish-British Roundtable, held in Krakow, Poland, on 12 May 2011.

David Miliband argued that it was necessary for the European Union to address the crisis of economic confidence, but warned that the short to medium term danger for Europe is a 'vacuum in international governance'.
