The education systems in Germany, France and the UK are the best in Europe for preparing their citizens for working in a knowledge-based economy, in spite of receiving significantly less money than those in Sweden, Finland and Denmark, according to a report 'Skills for the future' from Accenture and the Lisbon Council.
