The European Aviation Safety Plan (EASp), identifies the risks and establishes the priorities for the aviation safety system in the European region. It is the output of an approach to safety risk evidence-based and pro-active. The EASp also supports the management of safety complementing existing safety regulations and investigations at European level.

The risks identified in its areas are mitigated by safety actions that Member States, Eurocontrol, the European Commission, the industry and EASA take on board. All parties join forces and work together, focusing their activities to drive our accident rate even further down.
