European Commission inspectors this week conducted dawn raids on Coca-Cola premises

in Germany, Austria, Denmark, and the offices of some of its bottling partners, as part of an investigation into whether the company is abusing its dominant market position to shut out competitors. Coca-Cola said it was cooperating with the inquiry and insisted it was complying fully with competition laws.
