European Defence Agency: Long-term vision

The attached Long-Term Vision document was discussed by the EDA Steering Board on 3rd October 2006 and endorsed as a reasonable foundation for the EDA's medium-to-long term agendas. In doing so, the participating Member States in the Steering Board noted that the LTV document was explicitly an initial, non committing document.
