European Internal Market: A Consultation on the draft Market Surveillance and CE Marking (Regulation (EC) No 765/2008) Regulations, March 2010

This Consultation, which ran from 31 March 2010 to 23 June 2010, concerned the UK Government’s proposals to implement those parts of Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008 (setting out the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products, commonly known as RAMS) that require national legislation to make them operable in the United Kingdom. The Government response was published in February 2012.
