Europol accused over finances

An unpublished report by an auditing committee staffed by members of the European Court of Auditors accuses Europol, the European Union's criminal intelligence agency, of financial mismanagement and a lack of budgetary discipline. The role of Europol is to fight fraud, terrorism and organised crime.
