Eurozone countries in move for more power

The twelve eurozone countries have written to the President of the Convention on the Future of Europe, Giscard d'Estaing, demanding more control over the management of their economies and outlining a four-point plan that would markedly reduce the influence of non-eurozone countries, such as Britain, in their affairs.
