The EU Drugs Action Plan 2005-2008 aimed to provide a framework for a balanced approach to reducing both supply of and demand for drugs through approximately 80 specific actions. The Action Plan was divided into five different chapters: coordination, demand reduction, supply reduction, international cooperation and a chapter on information, research and evaluation. |
