The Restructuring Forum, organised by the Commission in cooperation with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), brought together experts from around the world to exchange views on the way restructuring is addressed in different socio-economic and institutional contexts. The Forum tried to depict the main national, state and regional policies and trends in the area of enterprise restructuring, and document relevant transnational developments which may impact on such policies and trends (e.g., transnational company agreements impacting on several countries where the multinational operates, deepening regional integration, etc). |
