Summary: The present evaluation sets out to assess the effectiveness of enterprise support in the Cohesion Policy programmes financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The overall objective is to inform national and regional authorities, the general public, the European Parliament and other stakeholders about the outcomes of the 2000-2006 ERDF-funded programmes. The results of this study are expected to feed into the future policy review of the EU budget, as well as into the discussion on future Cohesion Policies. |
