Executive; Burdened by Brussels or the UK? Improving the Implementation of EU Directives

The (UK) Federation of Small Businesses, in association with the Foreign Policy Centre, has published a report into the practice of 'gold plating' EU regulations. The report, including detailed analysis of specific laws and case studies into the impact of gold plating, is the first major piece of research into the detail of the subject as well as the final report before the publication of the UK Government's Davidson Review on the matter.
