External study: Inter-laboratory validation of a method for detecting previously frozen poultrymeat by determination of HADH activity

This study, co-financed by the European Commission and DEFRA, was carried out by LGC. The issue is the validation of a method to detect previously frozen poultrymeat between 24 laboratories on the EU territory.
