Extradition case in Germany could hit EU arrest warrant

An extradition test case in Germany's Constitutional Court could undermine the European Union's common arrest warrant. Spain wants an alleged al-Qaeda financier extradited from Germany, but the German Government has refused as its constitution bans the extradition of citizens who are not charged with committing an offence in Germany.
