Article reported that the Finnish parliament would find it all but impossible to approve any changes in the autumn of 2012 to the latest Greek bailout, according to senior politicians in Helsinki.

The political debate in Finland had been set by the anti-EU True Finns, whose leader Timo Soini wanted to turn the upcoming municipal elections in October 2012 into a 'referendum on Europe'.
