Follow-up of the Territorial Agenda and the Leipzig Charter: Towards a European Action Programme for spatial development and territorial cohesion

This study carries out a detailed analysis of the implications of the Territorial Agenda and the Leipzig Charter for EU policy making. It provides an overview of the issues and territorial challenges facing the EU and of the territorial dimension of current EU policies. It looks in some depth at selected fields of action for the advancement of territorial cohesion and provides a number of recommendations for action.
