has emphasised that the Union will only continue its financial support for Bosnia if all parties fulfil their commitment to the Dayton Peace Agreement. Following the victory of a Serbian hardliner in the 12-13 September elections in the Serb-run sector of Bosnia, international observers are worried that the result might undermine efforts to keep Bosnia as a multi-ethnic state and moves to persuade refugees to return to their homes.
