• Exchange of views on the latest developments in Ukraine;
• Denouncement of the elections in the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" and "Donetsk People's Republic" of 11 November 2018;
• Discussion on appropriate targeted measures in response;
• Exchange of views on the EU's support for the reform process in Ukraine;
• Review of the implementation of the EU Global Strategy in this area;
• Adoption of conclusions on security and defense.
