Former Polish FM causes scandal on Russia interview

The Polish parliament speaker and former Foreign minister Radek Sikorski said in US magazine Politico on 20 October 2014 that Russia in February 2008 offered Poland a carve-up of Ukraine, part of which was Polish territory before World War II.
