Four detained in Bettencourt probe

French police detained four people in the entourage of L’Oréal heiress Liliane Bettencourt on the 15 July 2010 as part of an investigation into the billionaire’s tax affairs, following leaks of private conversations, taped illicitly by a butler, allegedly between Mrs Bettencourt and her advisers.
