Four reasons why we shouldn’t transfer more powers to the EU to deal with terrorism

In the wake of the Paris attacks on the 13 November 2015, Open Europe's Pieter Cleppe and Leopold Traugott look at possible responses to the terrorist threat and set out four reasons why national governments should not transfer further powers to the EU to deal with terrorism.
