France calls for more Russia aid

Two leading French ministers have urged the West to reassess its relations with Russia. The Foreign and Finance Ministers, Hubert Vedrine and Laurent Fabius, warned in an article in the Financial Times that instability in Russia may spill over to Europe and measures are needed to counter this threat.
