Free movement of third-country nationals in the European Union: the illusion of inclusion

Examines the free movement rights granted to third country nationals who are long-term residents, students, researchers, or highly-skilled migrant workers by Directives 2003/109, 2004/114, 2005/71, and 2009/50 respectively.
